A truley sumptuous event as Pelican Eyes served generous portions of Spanish Favorites. A bold Protos verdejo teamed up with Spainsh Paella for an outstanding start to the evening. Next an unpretentious Riscal Tempanillo combined perfectly with an originaly delicious lentil soup followed by a complex Cune crianza paired with a serrano ham and manchego cheese delight. Finally a fruity and layered Villa Collado Marques de Riscal beautifully complemented a beef fillet in Rioja sauce. The wine and food flowed liberally as James and Co. transported us with a fine variey of jazz.
