A fun tasting with beautiful wines and food. Mauricio made a porcini risotto that was addictive. He showed off his cooking skill and Italian variety with an Italian style sweet and sour pork that was delicate yet flavorful. The white wines (Verdicchio and Pinot Grigio) were both excellent pairing with a tuna pate and fish in wine sauce. A great turnout made the event a success for all involved.
