G&G Gourmet Tasting

An extraordinary wine and food pairing at the consistently outstanding G&G Gourmet.  Gabriel and Gabriela met at culinary school and they ended up in San Juan del Sur, lucky us!  They served creative twists on classics that impressed and delighted the crowd.  The carefully chosen pairings included Sauvignon Blanc with pan seard snapper on a bed of lettuce, a fantastic zuccini vegetable roll with Casirello del Diablo Chardonnay, Pork cubes in a lime sauce and mashed potatos and beef tenderloin with a wine risotto paired with Alamos Malbec. The portions were generous and the wine was abundant. Everyone agreed it was among the best events of the series.

Pork cubes in a lime sauce & Santa Carilina Reserve Merlot

Beef Tenderloin with Pesto Chimichurri & Alamos Malbec
