Hotel Santo Pozo Tasting

The new hotel was dressed up on this cool evening to welcome this delightful wine event. Chef Arlen Lugo did an outstanding job presenting a variety of flavors to the pleasure of all. The hit of the evening a typical Nicaraguan Holiday dish – stuffed pork loin paired with Santa Carolina Merlot. All the wines were from Chile and none disappointed.  The Hotel gave a complimentary dessert, an exquisite Italian fruit tart. This was a foodie tour de force with delightful wines to match. The musical stylings of Louie Walker elevated the lively evening.
